On July 24, 2021, the Resource Development Institute, Tra Vinh University, and the Institute of Education Sciences and Economic of Southeast Asia successfully organized an online signing ceremony on the cooperation agreement with 26 participants to develop the Finland Math program on Eduten Playground platform for students from grade 1 to grade 9.

On behalf of Tra Vinh University, Dr. Nguyen Van Nguyen – Director of Resource Development Institute, extended the interest in Finland Math and wished to bring it to 4 provinces in Mekong Delta including Tra Vinh, Vinh Long, Hau Giang and Soc Trang. Before ending his speech, Dr. Nguyen Van Nguyen did not forget to request all the staff at Resource Development Institute to proactively and enthusiastically apply and contribute to the success of the Finland Math program.
