Office Administration

Students are equipped with intensive theoretical knowledge in the field of administrative management – office, knowing technical knowledge and practical knowledge to handle complex office tasks; accumulating background knowledge of administrative – office to develop new knowledge and be able to continue to study at a higher level, having knowledge of management, office administration and legal knowledge related to the professional field.

In addition, students are also equipped with foreign language skills, technology applications to work in the modernizing office as well as towards the electronic office model.

After graduating, students will obtain Office Administration Degree in term of Distance Education. The degree will be legally ensured and will be able to study for Master or Doctor degree.

Job opportunities  

Students graduating Office Administration can undertake the following tasks: General Secretary; office administrator; office specialist; clerical and archival staff in State agencies; business organizations, administrative assistants for leadership levels, management levels; officials managing operating of office activities of socio-economic organizations, economic sectors enterprises  or researchers; personnel in charge of human resources work; teaching staff at institutes, schools, centers … at State agencies, non-business unit, domestic and foreign enterprises.

Candidates must hold high school degree or equivalent degree according to regulation of Ministry of Education and Training.
